The Test ‘n’ Tag elite printer is trying to connect but doesn’t print, what can I try to fix this issue?
An issue sometimes occurs, whereby the Bluetooth icon changes from egg timer to Bluetooth connected and back again, but no label being printed.
The print label setup screen may have been altered. The "Pass logo" field may have been changed from "No" to "
This option requires a logo file to be loaded into the printer. Without a logo file loaded into the printer it gets confused.
The solution is to change the setup so that "Pass logo" was back to "no", then (most importantly) reset the printer by removing and then refitting the battery pack.
