1) Log in/register your account
2) Complete the service and calibration request form selecting your required service type.
3) After submitting the service and calibration request form you will be asked to confirm the details shown. If all details are correct click ‘confirm service request?.
4) If you have chosen to pay for your service online you will be taken to a secure payment page. Complete your payment details to proceed.
5) Once details of the service and payment have been confirmed you will be given the link to a document which you must print and attach to item that you are sending to our service department. This document will also be sent to the email address that your website account is registered in.
6) Please ensure that you include the WRR number as detailed in the service document on all correspondence with our service department.
7) Pack your parcel with sufficient padding and, where necessary, enclose a detailed fault report.
